Subject Notes: Subject is the youngest of three recorded siblings, but appears to be the leader of the terrorist group, project-coded “Jenovites”. These are the only three known subjects logged for this group, which actively seeks one “mother” (JENOVA) for the purpose of the “Reunion”.
Subject is highly charismatic and has been slipping into the city to sway city patrons showing signs of affliction of a new disease known as “Geostigma” to the "Jenovite" cause. Subject is a powerful spell caster with ability to use some magics without the presence of materia. Subject’s sword skills are extremely formidable, as is subject’s speed, agility, and strategy. Subject’s fighting stance is based on speed and flexibility- subject holds his weapon reversed in his left hand. Subject appears to be quite capable at mind alteration and play.
[CRIMINAL PSYCHOLOGIST Notes]: Subject displays extreme psychological and pathological problems. Subject displays psychotic tendencies, obsessive lust for revenge, obsessive desire for mother figure, and extreme bloodlust. Subject’s condition seems to worsen under the case of injury, mental stress, or exhaustion. And, it seems Kadaj has inherited more of Sephiroth’s insanity than the other projects have--when any one emotion swells inside of him, he oftentimes loses his grip on reality. In such times, he could actually attack or run away for days on end. SIDENOTE: On top of the insanity he has inherited, the pressures of bringing the Reunion into fruition seems to weigh heavily on his stability.
[SHINSCI Notes]: Subject is believed to be project number 16 [ref: Jenova Project], one of the escapes specimens. If specimen can be confirmed [ref: Project Identification] lab requests return of number 16, preferably alive but incapacitated for further study.
[Tracking/Intelligence Notes]:Subject's death has been confirmed. Subject suffered a complication of Geostigma that resulted in a collapse of the heart.
